About the Founder

Robert Ju

Robert Ju founded CompAligned to fix a problem he'd seen too many times: high-growth companies pouring millions into sales compensation without the right systems, data, or plan design behind it.

With over a decade specializing in Sales Performance Management, Robert has led more than 100+ implementations across platforms, including Xactly, SPIFF, SAP SuccessFactors (Callidus), and Varicent. Before launching CompAligned, he built and led SPM practices at several consulting firms. His work spans the full SPM lifecycle: vendor evaluation, system health checks, end-to-end implementation, and compensation plan design.

Robert works directly with revenue leaders to align compensation strategy with go-to-market execution. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science and Statistics from the University of Waterloo.
